Integrated life-cycle orientated teaching of the big-open-BIM method

To meet the diverse challenges of construction and real estate industry across life cycle, we propose to teach Big-Open BIM method in an application-oriented project-based manner. This paper describes collaborative effort three German Professors Big-Open-BIM integrated life-cycle oriented teaching approach. The authors describe current state-of-the-art using practice their approach teaching. includes Theory as a basis combined with learning, software tutorials, hands-on use model centric communication.
